Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across Converse, TX and nearby areas. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules with supportive, clinician-first culture.

You will design individualized treatment plans for children, collaborate with PTs/OTs/SLPs, document in a simple EMR, and help families apply practical strategies at home. Texas licensure or eligibility is required; ASHA CCC or CFY candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for Texas SLP licensure.
• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Committed to making a positive impact on kids and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapy for kids with communication and swallowing needs in their homes.
• Build personalized treatment plans focusing on developmental goals.
• Share practical strategies with families to help therapy stick at home.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and SLPs for coordinated care.
• Keep documentation up to date in our simple EMR system.

Pay: $48.00 - $65.00 Per Visit Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible Schedule)
