Job summary

Sonrisas Therapies seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver home-based pediatric therapy in Texas. You will design plans aligned to family goals and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support swallowing and communication development.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, Texas licensure (or eligibility), and ASHA CCC or CFY status. Flexible full-time/part-time schedules, generous benefits, and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Location: Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, Cedar Park, North Austin and Leander

Pay: $48.00 - $65.00 Per Visit; Bonus: Sign On Bonus up to $3,000 and Full Caseload!

• Work alongside PTs, OTs, and other SLPs to ensure comprehensive, team-based care
• Track progress and outcomes clearly and efficiently in our EMR system

What You’ll Need:

• Completed a Master’s program in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Hold (or are eligible for) a Texas SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
