Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CF) for a full-time role in the Watkins Glen / Montour Falls, NY area. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• New York State SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• CFs welcome; could take an experienced CFY (position will also require lots of autonomy) – cover acute care / SNF / OP.
• CCC-SLP preferred for experienced candidates.
• Skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide skilled therapy based on physician referrals and patient needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately and on time
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies
• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
• Supervise rehab aides in accordance with state guidelines
• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education
• Support high-quality, person-centered care across the rehab program

Exciting Speech Therapy Position Available:

• Pay: $35.96–$50.08/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Days | Preferred 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Rotating weekend coverage
• Location: Watkins Glen / Montour Falls, New York (Finger Lakes)
