Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dennis Township, NJ. Candidates will evaluate and treat residents with speech and communication disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care.

We invite both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. With a focus on mentorship and professional development, you’ll have the opportunity to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We welcome both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates who are looking to begin their careers with the support of an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals
• Provide therapy services addressing communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document services accurately
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support positive resident outcomes
