Job summary

Health Here in Windsor, NC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide in-house therapy and develop individualized treatment plans addressing a range of diseases and impairments.

The role emphasizes maintaining licensure, delivering progressive therapy modalities, and working within a team to optimize patient outcomes for patients and their families; CFY candidates are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and hold a valid state license with at least 3 C's.
• Previous rehabilitation SNF experience and 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
• This position is not suitable for CFY candidates.
