Description: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders, working closely with the interdisciplinary care team to enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
• Provide therapy sessions and interventions tailored to individual resident needs.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
