Saber Healthcare Group is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a SNF setting in Virginia. You will assess residents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to restore and maximize communication and swallowing functions.

You’ll provide education to residents and families, document progress in the electronic health records, and support discharge planning. This full-time role offers competitive pay, daily pay options, and comprehensive benefits.

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active license in the state of practice.
• Must possess basic computer skills and be able to navigate service delivery software and electronic health record systems.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting. You will facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and hold an active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Shifts & Wages:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday
• Wage: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour
