Join Our Team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our per diem team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation in Starke, Florida. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide speech and language assessments, treatments, and therapy services to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role:
  • As a per diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will work on an as-needed basis to provide services to our patients, ensuring continuity of care and support.

  • You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of speech and language disorders, including cognitive-communication disorders, voice disorders, fluency disorders, and swallowing disorders.

  • You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.

  • You will provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers to promote carryover of skills and strategies.

Responsibilities:
