Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Florida to join our team of professionals. This full-time role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, with individualized therapy plans to improve communication and quality of life.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document sessions, educate patients and families, and participate in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
  • Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency challenges, voice issues, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Use evidence-based methods to boost patient progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
  • Track progress, document sessions, and maintain records.
  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies for everyday success.
