Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services
• Conduct thorough assessments for initial eligibility and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings with team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ success

Qualifications

• California State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License (required)
• Previous experience in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth and development
