Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Lifepoint Rehabilitation on a full-time basis. This nonexempt role supports LTACH and SNF settings at the same location, with days, 4–5 days a week, and flexible scheduling across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
The SLP will assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for assessing patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities and developing individualized treatment plans to address their needs. This role involves implementing therapeutic interventions, educating patients and families on therapy goals and techniques, and accurately documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The SLP collaborates closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Prior experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
