Shift Time: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations.

Conduct patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.

Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
