Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. The role focuses on returning residents to optimal function and helping them achieve therapy goals in collaboration with physicians and other staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active state license, with basic computer skills and experience navigating EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active, unencumbered license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting and facilitate achievement of therapy goals.
• Instruct patients in maintaining function after discharge through education, independent exercise, and activity modification.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting. You will facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education/Qualifications

• Employee must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and hold an active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.


• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.
