Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Peyton, CO. You’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning.

This role supports schools across Falcon, Peyton, and Colorado Springs and is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided. What You’ll Do: Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting; Conduct assessments

Qualifications

• Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support carryover of skills with teachers and families.
• Maintain documentation and monitor progress.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed.
