Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pensacola, FL to empower students and foster clear communication within a supportive, resource-rich school setting.

You will evaluate speech and language needs, design targeted therapy plans, collaborate with educators and families, monitor progress, and actively participate in IEP meetings to advocate for tailored educational accommodations.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or CS&D) and eligibility/certification requirements.
• Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs welcome).
• Prior experience in a pediatric or school setting is a strong plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptable mindset, and passion for student advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & Assess: conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
