Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility). CCC-SLP preferred.
• Pediatric or school-setting experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate comprehensive speech-language assessments to identify student needs.
• Design and deliver evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learners.
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to align goals in the classroom.
• Monitor and document student progress and adapt strategies as needed.
• Lead IEP meetings to advocate for tailored educational plans and accommodations.
