Why providers choose us
You get paid — reliably and on time. In a system where many agencies have left clinicians waiting on rejected claims, we treat prompt, dependable payment as non-negotiable. You do the work; we make sure you\'re paid for it.
Pay is promptly deposited direct to your bank account every two weeks. No waiting for months until the agency gets paid. If you do authorized work based on EI guidelines, provide proper documentation on schedule, you get paid. No worrying or waiting for Ability Builders to get reimbursed before you are.
A team that has your back: Real clinical, billing and audit support. We are fully staffed with friendly and caring individuals who are genuinely committed to your success. You\'re never on your own.
A dedicated billing team handles the paperwork so you can focus on the kids, not the claims. We also provide assistance in State or MEDICAID audits and give you tips to succeed.
Our experienced team is here for guidance, collaboration, and mentorship — including support for clinical fellows and early-career providers building their confidence.
Caseloads that respect your time. We have the cases you need and we match you with families that are clustered close together, so you spend less time driving between visits and more time with the children who need you. And you stay in control of how many cases you take.
Telehealth cases available. For those who prefer to provide services via telehealth, we have cases that you need. Our vast network of referral sources can help you find the telehealth cases that you need.
Flexibility that fits your life. Build a schedule around your availability, your strengths, and the populations and languages you work best with.
Work that matters. You\'ll join a diverse, multilingual team that has supported thousands of New York families for two decades — and you\'ll see the difference you make in a child\'s life, visit by visit.
