AB Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for K-12 settings for the 2026/2027 school year. Positions are available nationwide with ASAP start dates. Schedule is Monday through Friday and contracts follow the academic calendar.

Openings involve travel as needed and require ASHA CCC, state licensure, and BLS. Competitive weekly pay up to $4,000, with housing or credentialing support available to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related program.
• National and state certifications: ASHA CCC, State SLP certificate, and state license.
• Pre-employment credentialing clearances (background check & drug screen) required.

Responsibilities

• Identify students needing speech/language services and tailor solutions for academic success.
• Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
• Supervise staff, consult with educators, and implement alternative communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Explore individual learning needs and implement curriculum goals.
• Model mature behavior and uphold school values.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program.
• National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.
• Certs: (AHA) BLS required.
• Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check & Drug Screen).

• Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role.
