Job summary

AB Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year in the Albuquerque area. The role requires a Master’s degree and NM licensure (or ability to obtain) with CCC-SLP eligibility.

You will provide school-based speech and language services, potentially traveling to different sites, and work within the academic calendar for 37.5 hours per week.

Job Description:

Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location Contract through the 2026/2027 school year – 37.5 hours per week Contract follows the academic district calendar

Position Overview:

Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

Essential Functions:

Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success. Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports. Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems. Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth. Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals. Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.

Salary:

$1,800 – $1,950/Weekly on 37.5/hrs $48 – $52/Hourly $864 – $936/Weekly on 18/hrs (Part Time)
