Select Kids Pediatric Therapy in Marshalltown, IA seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join our outpatient pediatric team. You will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services, develop patient-specific treatment plans, and collaborate with other clinicians to optimize outcomes.

Preference given to CCCs and outpatient pediatrics experience, but new grads may apply. A comprehensive benefits package supports career growth and personal well-being.

Qualifications

• CCC certification preferred
• Experience in outpatient pediatrics preferred but new grads considered
• ASHA certification required
• State SLP licensure required
• 300 hours of prescribed clinical practicum required

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients in outpatient settings.
• Coordinate treatment plans with other clinical/therapeutic services.
• Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment and evaluate progress.
• Meet ASHA minimum standards for CFY initiation and maintain licensure and certification.

Job description

Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: 55 Unity Point Way, Marshalltown IA 50158

Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm

Compensation: Starting at $70,000 and up (Commensurate with experience)

Incentives: $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief

• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure required
• ASHA certification is required
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
