Job summary

Select Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a PRN pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team at 55 Unity Point Way, Marshalltown, IA. The role supports pediatric patients with diverse diagnoses and requires CCCs, ASHA certification, and state licensure.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8–5, with a compensation of $45 per hour. Experience in outpatient pediatrics is required to ensure high-quality care for children with developmental delays,

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP credentials required and current licensure in Iowa.
• Experience in outpatient pediatrics is required.
• ASHA certification and state licensure required.
• Flexibility to accommodate PRN schedule (Mon-Fri 8-5).

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services.
• Personalized Treatment: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs to maximize outcomes.
• Meet ASHA minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including 36 credit hours.
• State SLP licensure and ASHA certification is required.
• 60 hours of supervised practicum experience is required.

Select Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a PRN pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team!

We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, feeding disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation, and phonological disorders.

Must have CCCs for this position! Experience in outpatient pediatrics is required.

• Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
• Personalized Treatment: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs to maximize outcomes. Provide ongoing evaluation of your patients’ status and goals.
• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure and ASHA certification is required.
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
