Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services in Lufkin, TX and surrounding areas. The role focuses on feeding and swallowing and general communication development for children, with flexible PRN and part-time scheduling.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, maintain documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in the home health setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Feeding and swallowing experience is a plus.
• Clinical Fellowship candidate welcome.
• Ability to work independently in home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services in the home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, articulation, and communication development.
• Provide feeding and swallowing therapy when applicable.
• Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover of therapy strategies at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed.

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team serving Lufkin and surrounding areas. We provide in-home pediatric therapy services designed to help children strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed in their daily environments.
