Aston Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem position in Florida. You will evaluate speech, language, cognitive and swallowing functions; develop tailored treatment plans; and deliver therapy for a range of communication and swallowing disorders.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team ensures comprehensive care. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, ongoing progress tracking, and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work with diverse patients across ages and conditions.
