Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient clinic in Las Vegas, serving pediatric patients in a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You will deliver compassionate care, work with families on a plan of care, and contribute to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted NV Speech Language Therapy license; or ability to apply.
• At least one year of experience as a pediatric speech therapist is preferred.
• Continued education requirements maintained.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric patient assessments and evaluations to determine their condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals.
• Confer with physicians, patients and their families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other members of a patient's care team.
• Develop a treatment plan for pediatric patients with specific goals and tasks to meet those goals.
• Assess progress against goals and prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurance agencies.
• Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with regulations.

• Confer with physicians, patients and their families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and othermembers of a patient's care team
• Develop a treatment plan for pediatric patients with specific goals and tasks that will help them meetthose goals
• Assess pediatric patient'sprogress against goals and prepare reports for healthcare providers andinsurance agencies
