Job Description

All Care Therapies iscurrently seeking aSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamicoutpatient clinic in Katy, TX!We are looking for a clinician who is fluent in Spanish to deliver compassionate care to ourpediatricpatients, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations,medical histories, and personal goals
• Confer with physicians, patients and their families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and othermembers of a patient's care team
• Develop a treatment plan for pediatric patients with specific goals and tasks that will help them meetthose goals
• Assess pediatric patient'sprogress against goals and prepare reports for healthcare providers andinsurance agencies
• Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcingstandards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Speech Therapyprogram
• Current and unrestricted TX Speech Therapylicense; or ability to apply
• At least three years of experience as apediatricspeech therapistispreferred
• Continued education requirements maintained
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be fluent in Spanish

Hours:Monday through Thursday from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm CST and Friday from 1:00 - 5:00 pm CST

Job Type: W2-Part time to work 20 hours per week with potential to increase hours over time

Compensation

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
