Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an initial evaluation in a SNF setting.

This role requires strong written, oral and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and the treatment team, plus experience with standardized speech-language assessments and swallowing evaluations to develop and monitor treatment plans.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
