Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting. As a Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an initial evaluation.

You will work with patients, families, and the treatment team to ensure effective communication and swallowing management, providing high-quality care and ongoing progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid license or eligible for licensing as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois.
• Experience in SNF settings or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients and families.
