Job summary

LTC Therapy Services in Holyoke, MA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and quality of life.

This role offers collaboration with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, physicians, and families in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, with opportunities for professional development and CEU

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

• Provide evidence-based therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia.
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

$43–$46/hour

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Holyoke. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care setting where you'll help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while making a meaningful impact on their quality of life.
