Job summary

TransPerfect Health is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist in Atlanta, GA at St. Anne's Terrace to provide patient-centered care for seniors. Responsibilities include evaluations, plans of care, and timely documentation, with mentorship and ongoing education supported by the team.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible SLP license in the state of practice (GA).
• ASHA accreditation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments per state acts and plan of care.
• Help optimize independence and quality of life for aging adults in senior living.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Attend orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to develop therapy programs.
• Follow infection control procedures and OBRA guidelines.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and prioritize patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform duties with potential moderate to heavy physical demands.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

We’re looking for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
• Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
• Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
• In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program
• Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
• Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Current or eligible SLP license in the state of practice ASHA accreditation or equivalent
