Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a growing SNF team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after completing an evaluation.

The role requires strong communication with patients, families, and the treatment team to coordinate care. You will gain experience administering standardized assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
