Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.

You will administer standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress while communicating effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
