Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide home health visits in the Columbus, OH area. This paid per-visit role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy to deliver personalized therapy to patients in their homes.

Qualified candidates hold an active state license, at least 1 year of home health experience, and can lift up to 50 lbs and commute to patient homes. Competitive per-visit pay with benefits available.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of speech therapist experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

Hiring Range

This is a paid per visit position - rates range from $65-90 based on type of visit
