Job summary

PurposeCare seeks a licensed Speech Therapist to join our home health team in the Midwest. You will provide skilled visits in patients' homes, develop care plans, and collaborate with caregivers to support daily living and recovery.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Therapist license in the applying state.
• At least 1 year of speech therapy experience; home health preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs; driving required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Background check results acceptable.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of speech therapist experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
