Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide direct speech therapy in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess and modify goals, implement treatment plans, and document progress while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, professional standards, and supervision of CFYs when appropriate, in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited speech therapy program (MS or MA).
  • Current licensure and registration in applicable state; ASHA certification (CCC) preferred or eligible for CFY.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Excellent communication, reasoning, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and demonstrate good body mechanics.

  • Deliver patient-centered care, participate in interdisciplinary teamwork, maintain documentation, and uphold professional standards to improve patient outcomes in a supportive environment.
