Stadium Place Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking PRN Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our therapy team. We offer a supportive environment with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

As an SLP, you will assess residents, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional communication and swallowing abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and rehabilitation potential.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance.
• Document and educate patients and families on rehabilitation methods.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
• Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
