Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist in Aurora, CO to join our school-based team. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active CO SLP licensure or eligibility, and clearance for fingerprinting and TB.

Onsite school setting with mentoring and professional development opportunities are offered. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on calendar year and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ethically and legally defensible Colorado school-based services.
  • Perform assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers and IEP teams on service delivery.
  • Target modification, accommodation and generalization of skills.
  • Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection and attendance records.
  • Write IEP goals aligned to curricular standards.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
