Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with standards.
• Educate residents, families and caregivers.
