Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or ASHA‑acceptable equivalent.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized rehab plans.
• Collaborate with clinicians across disciplines.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Provide mentorship and participate in ongoing education.
• Support patients throughout rehabilitation and monitor progress.
