Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and regain power through expertly designed rehab plans. You will deliver high-quality therapy across settings, ensuring effective and efficient care and collaborating with the care team.

This full-time on-site role in the Delaware area includes a sign-on bonus up to $25,000, and a range of benefits, mentorship for new grads, and continuing education credits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communications Disorders or a similarly titled area approved by ASHA.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders as part of an effective rehab plan.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Deliver high-quality rehab services across multiple settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families to promote independence and functional communication.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communications Disorders or related ASHA-approved field
