Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication abilities, swallow safely, and improve overall function. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and caregivers to maximize outcomes.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care across diverse settings, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to participate in our clinical programs and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or similarly-titled area) recognized by ASHA.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CF or eligible) per ASHA guidelines.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehab services and design treatment plans for speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with patients and families to promote independence and effective communication.
• Support the whole patient through various settings and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
