Regency Hospital - Macon in Macon, GA is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document progress to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist is required.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment is required.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from ASHA.

Responsabilités

• Take initiative and provide comprehensive evaluation of communication skills and swallowing function.
• Develop goal-oriented, evidence-based treatment plans and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with rehab and medical teams to provide interdisciplinary patient care.
• Monitor and ensure quality of services in the Rehab Therapy Department.
• Participate in peer reviews and staff performance appraisals.
• Assist in advancing SLP programs, policies, and department procedures.
