Job summary

New Solutions in Arizona is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders to support recovery and communication.

This role requires a Master’s in SLP, AZ license, ASHA and CPR certifications, with experience in rehab or acute care preferred. Excellent benefits and a sign-on bonus accompany a comprehensive patient-focused program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted Arizona SLP license.
• ASHA certification and CPR certification are mandatory.
• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing functions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and progress.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
