Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Part Time experienced Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP certification required) for their assisted living and independent living communities in Menomonee Falls and Germantown, WI. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment & evaluation using subjective and objective measures.
• Develop treatment plans and programs in accordance with physician orders.
• Provide quality treatments, actively progressing goals.
