Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist for an exciting bilingual school-based opportunity located in the North Suburban area of DuPage County. This is a full-time position covering the upcoming 2026–2027 school year, designed for professionals who are passionate about supporting student success, communication development, and educational equity.
In this role, you will work directly with students to assess speech and language needs, develop and implement effective individualized education plans, and track student progress over time. You will also collaborate closely with educators, school staff, and families to support holistic student growth and ensure that language-diverse students receive comprehensive and equitable care within the school environment.
In addition to a competitive annual salary, this position features exciting incentive opportunities. Clinicians who commit to and successfully complete their full school year assignment at 30 hours per week are eligible for a $2,000 Completion Bonus.
