Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with a premier school district to recruit a contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Stafford, VA. This on-site, full-time role offers 35 hours per week and a local contract schedule.

You will contribute to evaluating and supporting students’ communication needs across elementary and high school grades while enjoying competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the potential for referrals and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice

• Weekly Pay Range: $42.67 – $48.83 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for School Speech Language Pathologist:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
