Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming elementary school in Carlsbad, CA. In this full-time role, youll work closely with young learners to support speech, language, and communication development in a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
