Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for in-person, school-based roles serving students in the Alum Rock Union School District in San Jose, California.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California licensure and any other applicable credentials required for the position.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students’ communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide engaging, student-centered speech-language therapy tailored to each student’s needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to support student development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress.
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
