LiriCare is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across Riverside County, CA. You'll provide direct speech and language services, including assessments, IEP development, therapy planning, and progress monitoring, in a school setting.

The role offers in-person work with competitive compensation ($65–$75/hour on W-2 or up to $90/hour on 1099), opportunity for professional growth, and relocation or sign-on assistance for select candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification by ASHA.
• Active California SLP license or eligibility.
• California SLP Services Credential or eligibility.
• Experience with school-age students preferred.
• Knowledge of IEPs and school-based services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete district background checks and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students across ages and needs.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy in articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute assessments, goals, and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and school staff.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and families when needed.
• Travel between school sites within the district when required.
