Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to administer therapy and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team at Bartram Crossing.

You will complete new patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, apply therapeutic techniques for speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders, and promote high-quality patient care in a collaborative skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license in state of Florida.
• Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation and establish customized treatment plans and patient goals.
• Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment.
• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
