Job summary

Brooks Bartram Crossing in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to administer speech therapy under supervision, develop patient-centered goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on a PRN basis.

You will evaluate patients, design customized plans, implement evidence-based techniques, and ensure high-quality care across speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders while providing an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license in Florida.
• CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluations and establish customized treatment plans and goals.
• Apply therapeutic techniques for speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver high-quality patient care across multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
